need photo editing software, quite easy in fact. Microsoft paint will do it, and it comes with windows so you already have it.
Open pic in paint go to Image > flip/rotate > select how you want to rotate it and viola...done

If you can not figure out how to do that ... feel free to send the picture to me at mwkirchner2000@yahoo.com and I will flip it for you and send it back to you.

I am not sure about Paint ... but that can be done in Photoshop.

Again ... if you need that done ... send it to me and I will resize it for you.

1) Start --> Programs --> Accessories -->Windows Explorer

2) Go to directory that the photo is in

3) On the toolbar click on the views tab:
http://members.speedguide.net/indy/views.jpg

and select filmstrip

4) Select your photo

5) The following symbols are your clockwise and counterclockwise rotate buttons. Each click rotates the picture by 90 degrees in one direction or the other:

Windows XP..built right in. Simply right click the photo, and select, amongst many other things..."Rotate Clockwise", or "Rotate Counterclockwise".
