my camcorder????

hi gang ,sorry to be a pain in the arse, but my camcorder i just bought ,im having trouble loading it ,i just got win xp because the camcorder {GR-DX95EK} did not work with windows 98se so i upgraded and still cant get it onto pc ,when i click my image mixer to capture video i have taken with cam it says camcorder not found,any ideas please it is my new toy :(

try swapping the firewire driver in the device manager. sometimes winxp puts the wrong firewire driver in and it doesnt see the camera.

if that doesnt work, let me know.

hi i am not linked through the fire wire i am linked through the usb, i had this problem b4 i upgraded to xp
