View Full Version : music suggestions
im not going to admit to desiring John from deep within.
but hypothetically, if i WERE to buy any music and give it to John as a present, what song/songs would you recommend.
i like most types of music except rap and heavy heavy metal (sorry yos)
preferably a song/band that maybe isnt so well known, but anythings good. (make sure u list the song and the artist so i can find it)
thanks for any 'hypothetical' suggestions :)

Who doesn't download music off the internet? 100+ Million Users vs. the few thousand -- RIAA fanatics
Anyways, try these, I don't know what genre of music you prefer, but here are some good suggestions
Journey - Don't Stop Believin' / alot of there songs are good actually
Goo Goo Dolls - Iris
Boston -More Than A Feeling / Higher Power
U-2 - Where The Streets Have No Name / Beautiful Day
All American Rejects - Swing Swing
Audioslave - Like A Stone
Dave Mathews Band - Where Are You Going
A.F.I. - This Celluloid Dream
Outfield - Say It Isn't So
Staind - Epiphany
The Who - Baba O'Riley
Staind - Epiphany
is that a whole album or just a song?

Not sure if it's a name of one of their albums, the song will put you to sleep for sure though

The Ataris - Boys of summer.
Or you can grab the original by that guy from the Eagles. Too tired to remember the name.

Only Brent would recommend two-hour trance mixes of the same-sounding song over and over and over and...........

I heard a great new band from Englad this summer on tour called 'The Music' I highly recommend them. Also 'The Mooney Suzuki' 'Cave In' '30 Seconds to Mars'. All good relatively new and unexposed bands that have records readily available at your local store.
