I am running windows XP home. I am getting on a regular bases an error message that reads;
run time error. Do you want to debug. then it gives me a number. What is a run time error and why do I get it. it does not happen at all sites. On this site it never happens, but some sites it always happens.
If i say no I do not want to debug everything continues as normal.

Easy fix, open IE and select tools - internet options - advanced tab and check the box "disable script debugging".

:cool:

:cool: Yep, and you may want to uncheck "Diplay a notification about every script error" too.

What it is is a badly written script on the web page you're visiting, and even if you debugged it, there's no way you could replace the debugged page with the bad one anyway (unless it is your own website)
