my friend wants me make some gif or flash file

i have flash mx. how do i do this? he wants certain images to be put in them and just flashing back and forth. how can i do this?

also hes making this gif file for this forum site. see many people in the site have they're signatures as gif files but he dont no how to uplaod them. cuz it says something about ubbc and i dont no how to do that. thax for u help, it will be appreciated

Yes it's ["IMG]Complete url to the picture[/IMG] with out the the " in the first IMG it's there so that part shows up.
