Desert Combat .39 (http://www.desertcombat.com/?page=download_DC0.39) Has anyone tried the newest release yet? I just got home from being out on the lake, fishing and swimming for two days and just saw that they released it this past Thursday. :)

Definately a nice improvement with rockets, they move a lot faster. Seems to be quite a few small improvements.

A lot of .38 servers still out there though :( .

v.39k no problems here, you are playing ONLY DC supported maps right? I noticed that the new Official Britain Map shows up on the DC mod maps of choice but if chosen it will crash to desktop. DC supported maps will have a Kevlar helmet [cranium cap] icon next to it.

On another note, ANYBODY NOTICED THIS BEFORE?:

Playing "Wake Island" flying around the Island in a Harrier, I saw what seemed to be a Special Forces Nautilus inflatable raft. What I actually saw was one of my AI teammates "run" into the ocean an up popped the boat/raft....WTF???? What "class" is this?? Or is this a "teaser" of what's to come in v.4?? This boat/raft was seen going after the Enemy Battleship that was just off the Island. Anyone got an explanation? TIA

Yes i have it and its kool. Theres buggys now. Also in teh apache the machine gun only holds 500 bullets now.

They nerfed choppers and m109 bad...Spend the Apaches entire loadout trying to kill a tank..

wooohooo! Im probably on a short list about this..but im happy as hell that the limited the Apache some. :) As a assault / tank soldier, I cant tell you the times I've been blown away by those damn Apache's! It's just like in regular BF, I cant stand those damn planes if im in a tank...lmao! Some REALLY good pilots out there!

Kewl, Tomahawk "player" Guided Missiles!! Kinda' awkward, takes gettin' used to. Sadly, the Apaches are toned down in the devastation ranking.:( I guess that just means more reloading or as we call it "Combat Turns".....
