installing software as administrator

here is my problem

i have a local user account on a Win2k box at a remote location that won't allow the installation of any programes unless its loged in as the administrator

i need to update drivers on this box that is stored on her network drive.

I am wondering if there is a comand to run this exicutable without loging into the admin account.

Have you tried remote connecting to the user? Is there a Power User Group account which you can give them access too?
