explorer error

some shut a computer off and it could't booth up so i reinstall windows without formating the hard drive trying to save my program, it work ok but i keep getting a explorer error i cannot access my computer C drive or any folder, i'm getting the explorer has proform an illegal operation

does anyone know which file i can delete that causing that error

o i got it fix it's a dll error that start with b, the problem was the owner had kazza install and some other porn stuff accidently install, i did a registry edit and delete the .dll file in the registry, i'm glad that work i could not access any of the folder or c driver or any where without the explorer error
