Here yeah go. http://www.cdex.n3.net/ Its pretty easy to use but also has many advanced option. I like that combo.

I use MusicMatch but that is because it came with my first Dell puter. and has always been sufficient enough for me.

CDex + LAME or EAC + CDex + LAME (plus correct settings) and nothing else even comes close.

No, I'm pretty sure he meant what he said...rip. Burning the the slang term for creating a CD...he said he wants to take tracks off CDs, which would be ripping. :)

I am a mobile DJ and do a ton of ripping. I would highly recommend Audiograbber using the Lame encoder.
