OK, when I first got my tablet pc networked, it would just boot up normally to my desktop without having to log in as a specific user.
I did have to choose a network user name the first time it booted up, but then it would go straight to desktop since I didnt have a password.

Now the XP loading screen stops where I need to click on my user name to continue bootup to the desktop. Not sure how or why it happened, but I want to just boot up as normal. As its a home computer (networked to three desktops) I dont worry about user access or security. I want all my computers to see each other, and be able to share anything.

Any easy way to do this?
Thanks,

Chris

Install Microsoft Powertoys.

There is a Tab there for Auto Logon.

Or:
create a key in the registry called:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\microsfot\windowsnt\current version\winlogon\autoadminlogon with a value of 1
Create:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\microsfot\windowsnt\current version\winlogon\DefaultPassword and give it the valu of your password
you should have a DefaultUserName key already and the value of this should be your username
