mirc and dcc

i need some help with irc and dcc. we recently moved over to cox cable and when we did we can no longer dcc anyone but we can receive them. i've talked to lynksys tech and cox tech and they gave me some info but none of it works.
here's the story
two machines with 2.66ghz pentium 512 mb ram win xp home networked and connected to cox cable

modem is BEFCMU10 router is BEFSR41 ISP is COX
tech tells me to setup router as follows
under forwarding ports
customized aplications
EXT. Port protocol tcp protocol ucp ip address enable
mirc 113 to 113 selected selected 192.168.1.100 sele
mirc 113 to 113 selected selected 192.168.1.101 sele
mirc 8000 to 9000 selected selected 192.168.1.100 sele
mirc 8000 to 9000 selected selected 192.168.1.101 sele
mirc 4990 to 5000 selected selected 192.168.1.100 sele

none of this is working we can receive dcc but cannot send dcc
what can i do to fix this?

Ok i would say try using static ips and disable the dhcp for faster speeds on the net. Also as much as i hate to suggest with dhcp portforwarding doesn't work.

I'm having a simmilar promblem i had an fserve i could send files but no one could connect to me.

i read that articale earlier it doesn't seem to be for me. and even if it is it also seems beyond me.
