The signals levels are ok, but every 10 to 30 minutes the connection dies and the cable modem re-boots. Any ideas what the problem may be?
Please help me....

Welcome to Speedguide:D, sounds like you have a line problem, it could be a bad splitter, connection or cable itself. Call your ISP and have them send a tech out.
