Sharing and Security

Hello,
I am currently Running Windows XP Pro on two of my home computers and would like to share some of my folders. The thing is that I know you have to right-click the folder and select "Sharing and Security" but I don’t have that option on either of my computers. I probably screwed it up when I was tweaking them :( any insight on how to fix this would be appreciated
