Anyone used a Media Adapter?

I saw this for sale, and it looks interesting. I was hoping maybe someone had used one and could share their thoughts. I'm mostly interested on how good the interface is and if it can be controlled remotely from other computers on the network.

I have no review for you about this product, though it does look interesting.

QA Google search for WMA11b came up with 368 hits. Some may be reviews.
