I have been having trouble with my Linksys BEFW11S4 v4 router. It works for 30min - hour, and then I get the error "Server or DNS not found" on all computers on the network. Resetting the router and or resetting the router w/ cable modem fixes it. My previous router works with no problems (Linksys BEFSR41). I have tried working with Linksys’s tech support, but in the 3 and ½ weeks since I purchased the router, they have not been able to help. I can’t seem to get them to understand that it’s not a configuration issue with the computers. If it was a configuration issue with the computers, then it wouldn’t drop all computers on the network at the same time. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be appreciated.

At first I though it may be bad hardware, so I exchanged it for another. The second one (same model) exhibited the same problem.
