I just got Sympatico ADSL so far I'm loving it, although I'd like some tweak advice, for cable nut or any other good tweak program out there.
I'm supposed to have 1500/640 but in all the speed tests the most I'll ever get is 1288/440 so I phoned the company they said well the top speed is only for if you closer but anyway I don't care, I'm happy just looking for the cable nut settings that you'd suggest. I kinda need faster upload speed though it seems for games.
I'm using WinXPpppoe right now,wondering about that RasPPPoe if it's really worth tring out and how easy it is to return from once I use it and if I don't like it.
No sharing, no router or any of that kidna stuff, just basic ole modem hookup.
