Sygate - Signature up date

I am trying to Up-date the Signature with Sygate Pro to 5.0.2012

when I want to Up date it says " Please check your Internet Connection & Try again - My connection works great - it will not connect to Sygate to Up- Date

How can I fix this !!

ok, hav u tried disabling ur AV & other related services and reinstalling sygate?

doing so makes sygate installation more successful (fingers crossed) :rolleyes: ...then try to sig update :)
