Trojans

i ran NAV and it found like 14 IRC trojans and it was put in quarantined

is there anything i can do to delete these safely?

13 of the irc trojans was in found windows/temp and 1 was in windows/system32

i have windows 98se if it matters

Just delete them from the quarantine.
