As the link tells you, Folding is for a good cause.
And to make it interesting, entertaining and to increase the speed of the results, everyone with a computer and internet connection can participate and fold.
Websites, computer magazines, all types of groups fold as teams. Speedguide is currently at 17th place, and looking to rise higher!
Join us, sign up, put your idle CPU cycles to use. folding only uses your computer when its on and your not using it. Its safe adn can really get fun!
To download Folding@Home:

To setup Folding@Home download the console or graphical client(console is faster, graphical is prettier) and enter a username you want to been known as and when asked about your team number, enter 15. It will also ask you if you want it to ask before connecting to the web incase ur not always connected and if u want to use windows IE settings. I recomend using IE settings.
