I keep timing out??

Hello..

Im on DSL (Bell high speed - canada to be precise) and I can't let my machine run more than 30 minutes without loosing the connection to the net. It will be downloading all sorts of stuff, then poof I get booted. This dosn't happen when im on the computer, only when I leave my computer unattended. Any ideas what is going on?

Might be your hard drive powering down, or suspend mode. Just a guess, but worth a shot.

Go to control panel, power management and selecet "never" allow hd to power off. And don't use suspend, or hybernate modes.

See if that clears it up. Post back

I am having the same issue and i have nothing turning off in powermanagement.. I only notice the issue after being afk or idle from the machine any other ideas I also have bellsouths adsl
