Diablo II lan games

I tried this before and SG died, so I'll try again.

Me and my bro want to play through the router w/out going to battlenet, I tried just using the ip address that the router assigned him but I can't connect.

He's on a mac but shouldn't it still work ??

try using the IP the router uses, not the one assigned for the comp.

thanks for the suggestion but, how would that work ??


What if I forwarded the ports to my machine, how would that effect us playing on battlenet ??
