I believe that it will be version 3.25 of FAH3.
We've already seen some of it in the 3DNow additional boost and SSE Boost on some cores.
The cores that we've seen do this cancel out the boost after their done and if the next core doesn't turn them on again they stay off until you restart.
The new 3.25 leaves the 3DNow and SSE boost turned on all the time.
There may be some other changes also but that's the only one I know of right now.

I've been using the 3.25 beta for a few days now and have had no problems. From my understanding this core will force the AMD chips to use SSE instructions vs 3DNow when using the forceasm flag. I don't know why but but an AMD chip is faster using SSE instructions. On my 1100 Duron the p909 38 pointer dropped from 39.3 hours to 20.40 hours by using 3.25.
