Or
F-Prot Antivirus for Windows
(Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP; includes the DOS version)

since i am looking, give me your advise!
what do you reccommend...thanks

I think I may try another.

Gladiator is looking good and easy on resourses. http://www.gladiator-antivirus.com/

If you want to choose between the two you listed meethinks an opt for F-Prot because of the DOS options.
I haven't used either though. Just going on a few posts at forums around the place.

No, just a drag-n-drop into the centre of the main program window.
The gray Gladiator emblem is a single file scanner.
Also, if that was an issue that was taken to the forums at GAV, they would look at it seriously I am sure and maybe add it to the program.
