Burning 9-Level Directory ISO?

I've got an ISO and I believe I am continually getting an error when trying to write the lead-out track because there is a 9-level directory structure. I imagine this is some method of copy protection as ISO standards only allow for 8 level deep directory trees.

Am I totally off base with my guess at the problem? What can be done about this?

Yeah that's what I'm doing, just wish I could get it to work "normally" though.
