Hopefully maybe one of "Tech Guru's" can give me a hand...I'm looking for the rite way or ways to try to reduce my "ping" rate. Usually I run around 90 to 120 but as of late it sometimes gets above 250 and I'm being "booted" from my game matches because of it. I would like to get it consistantly under 100 if possiable? I was told this is the place to look for this kind of help but don't quite know how to go about it.
I use a 1 meg VDSL service for my connection and it's run through a 10/100 3Com 710 FasNet Eithernet card in my computer.
Bandwidth Info as of 5-17-03;
*upstream (bits/s) 881675
*downstream (bits/s) 845556
*packet overhead (bytes) 95
*max packets per second 746
All help will be fully appreciated! :D
