Team Banana has a couple of links that give instructions on setting FAH us as a service on both Win XP and 98.

I haven't tried them, but they look like they have been used by several folders.

I tried the XP version and don't like it. Mainly because it has to have the folding folder in the Program Files directory and because the operating system uses that folder you can't share it so that programs like EMIII can monitor the progress, also don't think you can use any flags on it when it starts up.
