Hey there,
I went to DYNU's site and looks like you can have your own permanent domain name mapped to your dynamic IP address. I don't know if you can actually have the domain that the name is in point to that dynamic IP address. I will look in to it and write back
Someone else feel free to jump in.

I use a service located at www.zoneedit.com which offers free DNS for top level domain names which is free. They allow you to use their service with dynamic IP's but with 3rd party software. I would assume DYNU has their own software but if not, here's what I use. There's a program called Direct Update which updated your IP in the A records of your zone file for your domain name. Direct Update supports a bunch of free and paid DNS services, I'm not sure if it supports DYNU's service but it's worth checking out. Very nice program. If you need any other help with your server I'll point you to www.dslwebserver.com , It's where I got started with my home server. A great resource for that type of project.
