Since UOD posted about how good the new Opera browser was I decided to try it again.... well it ROCKS!!!!! Thanks UOD :D. It seems so many people are using it I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread about tweaking it. So far (other than basic customizing to my liking) I found that setting MaxConnections to a server and MaxConnections set all the way up to 128 make it fly. Also for those of you who want to block banner ads and web bugs and such check out WebWasher (http://www.webwasher.com/client/download/?lang=de_EN) it works GREAT with Opera and makes pages load even faster - no ads.

:D

okay stupid question here, I'm an opera noob sorry. How can I setup my most frequent bookmarks as buttons at the top opf the browser window, IE the 'Links' folder in IE (no pun intended) or the 'Personal Toolbar Folder' in Mozilla?

Basically it's the same way as in Mozilla. It's called the personal bar.

So just goto Bookmarks, manage bookmarks and put either folders or bookmarks or whatever in the personal bar folder.

Allright. I'm sick of waiting for the new Phoenix. I just "entered" the registration. This browser is mine.:D
