MSIE Download Simple Problem

Hey I have a problem.. it's probably simple to fix but I can't figure it out ANYWHERE.

I've looked around a lot and haven't found a fix yet.

I was downloading a .zip file, and Accidently UNCHECKED the:

"Always ask before opening this type of file" Check mark.

I would like to have it RE-CHECKED.

How can I fix it so it doesn't auto-open winzip after everytime I download any .zip file, and it just saves it like before?
