DX9 question

Should I download DX9 its on the windows update list but I didn't think my Ti4200 supported it, am I wrong?

Since your card doesn't support DX9 features, I don't see why you'd need to download it.

EDIT: Not everything listed on Windows Update need be installed...

Yea I didn't think so. Well my card doesn't specifically say it doesn't but I thought that only the newer cards supported DX9
