ok im lost because after the other picture loads its the same size on the screen is there a setting to keep it enlarged?

On your browser ... go to:

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Enable Automatic Image Resizing

(make sure the last item is NOT checked)

even better:

right click link>save as and save it to your desktop

open photoshop and open the picture. you can then view in and out on the areas you would like to see in more detail

True ... but he originally wanted to know why the pictures looked the same size. The only reason I could think of that would be doing that was that he had resizing activated.
