Saludos:

I've recently bought a laptop; it came with WinXp home. At home I've got an ADSL connection, at work as well. The point is that I am getting tired of changin TCP/IP values, when I switch from home to work, in order to use the laptop at both sites.
My question is: There is a way to store the two different parameters of TCP/IP (office and home), and then use it without having to go to the Networking enviroment and change them manually?.
Or, is there a piece of software that is able to do that change?

Thanks

Obviously, with ADSL, you have a Local Area Network connection. You should be able to renam the connection to anything you want. Then create a second new connection and name it what you want. The choose between connections depending upon where you are using the laptop.

Some peeps love this software....you can make network profiles...and choose them depending on where you are. Good for roadwarriors traveling from location to location with their lappys.

I'll go and check that place you are refering me to.

I thank you again (I don't know how many times I've done so) for being helpful, the same goes for TonyT.
