Zone Alarm Update ?

Hi ! Just updated Zone Alarm (free) to 3.7.098 & noticed the 'Check for Updates' panel within preferences appeared faded out as if unavailable. Is this so ? Or is it just me ?

Updates are grayed out for free version only, If you want to be able to manually update you need to upgrade to a pay version.

I don't understand. I upgraded this morning with the free version and everthing went fine.
