TCP options string = 020405b40103030201010402

MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.

MSS = 1460
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1460, which equals MSS.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 256960
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 2 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 64240
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
64240 (MSS x 44)

bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 10278.4 kbps (1284.8 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 4111.36 kbps (513.92 KBytes/s) @ 500ms

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 49 hops
TTL value is ok.

Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF

Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON

IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 01011100
Precedence (priority) = 010 (immediate)
Delay = 1 (low delay)
Throughput = 1 (high throughput)
Reliability = 1 (high reliability)
Cost = 0 (normal cost)

I have 128kbps caps and that's my connection speed before:
Your line speed:

84.3 Kbps

10.3 K bytes/sec ( that's suppose to can get around 15 or 16kb/s)

And now:
Your line speed:

71.1 Kbps

8.7 K bytes/sec (And now in my downloads i just can get around 9kb/s)

And that's my question , why when i format my pc , I can get in speed test around 17kb/s and it was +/- faster ..And now I just can get these values , I would be appreciate if anyone can help me..

Download the UPDATE to Cablenut and select your connection:)

You aren't using the settings in Cablenut you posted above.

Yup , I am using tcp/ip optimizer either but somethings i use cablenut...I don't use these settings because i think they reduce my speed connection.
Lobo I've got all cablenut updates!

And i apply , here the results:
Your line speed:

92.4 Kbps

11.3 K bytes/sec

It accelerates a bit , but not too long as i wanted...
I phoned to my isp , and I said my situation and they said that they can't do anything .I noted that my connection speed is slowing after i format the pc...I have no ideia to get succes ...
Any ideas?mnostelee52 have you got msn messenger?To tell more about my situation and if you want give me more along tweaks...

Thanks

Use the Cablenut settings you posted above, remember your connection is only 128 kilobits or 16 kilobytes per second so don't expect too much and your goal is 90% of that.

Your download speed : 117473 bps, or 117 kbps.
A 14.3 KB/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 54421 bps, or 54 kbps.
Your connection hardly qualified as broadband, at least in that test

I try these settings:
Settings tab:

select - cable modem
check - custom settings
network adapter selection - your NIC
check modify all adapters
maxmtu - 1500
TTL - 128
TCP Receive Window - 8760 or 17520
MTU Discovery - yes
Black Hole Detect - no
Selective Acks - yes
Max Dup ACKs - 3
TCP 1323 Options - uncheck both boxes

Other Settings tab:

Max Connections per Server - 4
Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 8
Lan Browsing Speedup - optimized
The settings that you give to gab2409
And it works great! Thanks
