Win32PrioritySeparation Tweak

I know it's an old tweak but I just read some new information on it and found that the best value is DWORD 26 hexidecimal, it has been discussed many times in the past and debated on the optimum value. Read the link here (http://www.mcpmag.com/columns/article.asp?EditorialsID=405) about it and do as it states, no reboot is necessary to take effect.

For those of you who don't know, this tweak has absolutely NO effect on your internet connection or registry tweaks you may have done with the TCPOptimizer or Cablenut. It just gives more cpu cycles to the foreground app and less to the background apps, thereby making apps open a and run a bit faster.

were checked all & seperately
I did not noted any improvement...

but unfortuantely I do not known methode(s) of messuerment of such items improvement

only objects we can meassure - we can IMPROVE

I can not find methode to messure improvement
I introduce above tweaks (also separately one by one)
IMVHO there are all only wishful thinking not real tweaks

& or recognition
than me hehehe

:D BTW pay attentions
=3 is default (means stable balans)
with range 0-38dec in meaning form back~G to fore~G

so mnosteele52 advice =26hex (=38dec)
is edge of fore~G - prioryty for actual runing prg
