Browser Problem WinXP

When i click on a Link at a page , the browser seem's to search the link, but NOTHING happens :(

But when i press the stop button , and just after that i press the Refresh button then the new page is shown.

Is there ANY out there :) there has a solution.

Do you have all the latest patches for Internet Explorer installed?

Yes all patches also SP1 i am running WinXP Home Edition , i have posted my question in an other forum
