I wouldn't suggest making one. They can be purchased online or installed by your DSL provider (usually for a fee).

Is this something you are considering for your DSL connection? Are you using filters now?

Hi,
I'm having problems with my SBC DSL all of a sudden. SBC's Tech Support told me this could clear up the high capacitance on our line, which was 60%. This is after they reinstalled the 384 cap.
