3 com remote 812 adsl router access

anyone know how to reset the above model adsl router to default settings.can´t access the chuffin´ thing.:o
or ........anyone know how to access it without knowing IP addresses or password??????

download the install guide, or just look at it. It talks about reseting to factory which would be IP addr: http://192.168.200.254/ and root for user name, !root for password.
