Folding Config. Question

What dose this do, in the folding scientific core configuration?

As far as I know, the Gromacs core has 2 portions to it, the optimized portion and the non optimized one. Normally you would run the optimized portion, but if you are having problems (the thing internally fails), you may want to turn it off.

As all current work units use the Tinker core (they been having too many problems with Gromacs), that flag does nothing at all; until they iron out the Gromacs problems and start assigning some WU's to the Gromacs core.
