help me get rid of this stupid pop up thing plz!

Just got a new version of a people pc internet dialer and now I am unable to delete this popup message that comes up when it starts.

Also it has this stupid toolbar which I got rid of but there is still a blank space where it was.

Any ideas on how to get rid of these (besides reinstall IE for the
toolbar thing)

Do a search for Lavasoft's AdAware and see if that helps:)

got it does nothing its been like intergrated into stuff. its not a pop up its more of an intro page
