Since I need to get more experience with Outlook due to my job, I switched from Outlook Express to Outlook. Now I understand most of the stuff in Outlook but I cant seem to figure this ONE DAMN THING out.

How the HELL do you put a password on your profile? So far, I have password protected the .dbx and the .pst files but its a damn HASSLE to enter your password FOUR TIMES just to read email. Is there a way to set it up so that when I log in, I can type in ONE PASSWORD and open Outlook?

BTW, I have one POP account and three HTTP accounts (Hotmail) in my profile.

Thanks!

If pop was the only type of mailbox, you can just encrypt the pst file. I do not use it for webmail - didn't know you could; kinda defeats the purpose of webmail...

People can launch outlook, but cannot access your data file and therefore cannot pull new mail either.
