I am trying to solve a problem and am looking for software to help me do this. Not only for this problem but any others like it.
I need to place 12 blocks, 6 and one half inch square, inside an area 39"x54".
There will be three rows across and 4 rows down, with equal spacing between rows and allowing for an equal undetermined border on 4 sides.
I am looking for something that will allow me to draw a perimeter and then allow me to insert the block dimensions, multiply them, and then line them up pursuant to the aforementioned dimensions.
Anyone have an idea?
