Find any pic you want and crop it down to 100x100 pixels and load it up into your profile.

Do you have an idea of what you want? A lot of peeps can help you with it.

go to user CP, scroll to the bottom of the page, choose change avatar. on the next page that pops up check use custom avatar, then browse to where you saved your custom made avatar, submit modifications.

you missed 1 step from user CP to edit options but anyway i have mine now
